Eli’s Latin Kitchen is the culmination of a lifelong dream for our founder, Eleazar Martinez, known as Eli. Hailing from Honduras, Eli spent over three decades perfecting his craft as a distinguished chef in New York City’s vibrant culinary scene. Though formally trained in Asian and French cuisine at the New York Restaurant School, Eli always knew his truest passion lay in the food of his roots.
All of the dishes at Eli’s Latin Kitchen either use or are directly inspired by family recipes passed down to Chef Eli.
